Eating healthy is an important part of everyone’s lifestyle, including older adults! In a study performed in 2018, 15 journal articles, that involved studies identifying if a healthy diet is beneficial for older adults, were collected to answer the question; Are dietary patterns correlated to older adults quality of life? This study found that healthy dietary patterns were associated with better quality of life in the older adult population. (Govindaraju et al., 2018)
