Kara Welke, OTD, OTR/L, CLT, owner of Home Therapy Solutions has been an Occupational Therapist since 2000. Kara has worked in a wide variety of settings and has developed and started a variety of programs over the years. Kara’s goal is to help as many people as possible stay in their home as they age while maintaining their optimal health and overall Quality of Life.
